Each one contains a unique set of 30 colourful, handmade recycled papers. Handbound using the Japanese stab stitch method, no glue.

So much potential for reuse. Not only in recyclable paper products i.e. handmade papermaking, but all around us, in our every day lives. ♻️
All we have to do is be mindful.

Reuse.

So, a couple of months ago, Luminaire d' Afrique approached me to make paper for them that they could use in their series of custom made 'Pill' lights which is an ongoing collaboration between various artisans and craftspeople from South Africa and Greencraft Lighting (based in Johannesburg).

Very happy and proud with the results of our first iteration, which can currently be seen at Decorex Joburg until 02 August (which is today! so go have a look if you haven't yet).
