There are kitchens with four walls, a gas stove, and overhead lighting. And then there are the ones that stretch as far as the fire does. Open air, cold sky, the smell of woodsmoke and something rich and slow cooking in a big pot.​

​Hart has always been part of both. The pot on the indoor stove on a school night. The large pot over the fire when the whole family arrives. The same brand, the same reliability, the same familiar weight in your hands.​
