We recently completed the first house for a secluded lodge in the Klein Karoo.

Site progress at our latest Tiger’s Milk project in Zimbabwe ⚡️

This standalone build has come together in record time, drawing inspiration from mid-century design, classic diner culture, and a little Beatles nostalgia along the way. Split into two distinct wings — one centred around the kitchen, the other around the bar — the space opens into a lively courtyard, with generous outdoor seating and bold neon flex details bringing the atmosphere to life.

Swipe to see how we transformed a 270sqm shell into COY— an award-winning restaurant at the V&A Waterfront.

The building was never designed to house a restaurant, which meant reworking the space from the ground up. We installed hidden extraction, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring they met regulations.

In a confined space, we created an efficient kitchen tailored to Chef Ryan Cole’s needs while maintaining a cosy dining atmosphere. The transformation was complete the moment the finishes, ceramics and textures met the harbour backdrop.
