One thing you should know before opening an Airbnb: it is NOT passive income 😂
Just like any business, there’s admin involved. Guest messages, calendars, pricing, check-ins, availability, different booking platforms… and when you only have one property, doing all of that manually is totally manageable.
But once you start managing multiple properties, those little 5-minute tasks add up VERY quickly.
In order to keep growing, I had to put better systems in place.
