THIS WORKSHOP IS WORTH THE WAIT! We'll be holding our first tote bag + Stick & Stitch workshop on Saturday 21 March at Studio 23, Montebello, Newlands

This is perfect for beginners and teens! There are only 12 places, so you better be quick if you would like to ioin us.

You'll get a handmade tote and choose a set of 8 stick & stitch patches, which are printed water-soluble stickers for sewing designs onto fabric. We'll go through about 4 or 5 stitches anc then help you start beautifying your new tote

What you get
* A high-quality handmade cotton tote (we made them!)
*A pack of 8 stick & stitch patches of your choice (ocean, baby animal, fun mix, flowers, or retro
* 2 full skeins of embroidery cotton - you get to choose the colours from our range
* Practice materials
* Lesson in basic stitches
* Delicious treats with coffee/tea/juice

SAVE IT! I've reposted a lot of stories about ultra-fast fashion and saving clothes recently. This is me trying to do my bit by darning my mohair socks (no comments on my terrible technique please!). I've also started embroidering ober a stain on my favourite summer shirt using one of our stick 'n stitch patches. Hopefully these items will now last a few more seasons. Do what you can - you'll be emotionally invested and wear it for longer!
