Let us make pancakes 🥞.
What you will need for easy Pancake Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour: This quick pancake recipe starts with a cup of all-purpose flour.

2 tablespoons white sugar: You’ll need two tablespoons of white sugar.

2 teaspoons baking powder: Baking powder acts as a leavening agent, ensuring perfectly fluffy pancakes.

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste: Salt enhances the overall flavor of the pancakes, but it won’t make the pancakes taste salty.

1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil: Milk and oil add moisture and flavor to the pancake batter.

1 egg, beaten: A beaten egg lends more moisture and helps bind the batter together.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Story time:

Let me let you why baking is so near and dear to my heart. Baking brings back some many memories for me, it stimulates the senses and it improves appetite which have encouraged a better relationship with food and it keeps my brain active and I get to channel my creativity.

I love baking because I can relate and apply the disciplinary skills I learn from it into real life for instance in baking you need to follow instructions, but stray when you need to. Some things require extreme precision — a lot of baking is about exact measurements. But a lot of recipes can be modified. I will leave out things I don’t like or change things because I don’t have an ingredient on hand. But not completely. Same is in real life you need to follow rules and do things accordingly however, you still need to do something’s in your own way. A way that makes sense to you and a way that suits you.

Failure is an option and a learning experience. I have had many baking failures. And yes, it’s disappointing to mess up but it’s definitely a learning experience. Never be afraid to fail because failing is a learn. Lastly don’t be afraid to try something new bake something you’ve never baked before. Same as in life do something you’ve never done before you will never grow in your comfort zone.
