Job Title: Administration Manager (with Accounting Background)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ at Blue Leaf Energy with a strong background in accounting and proficiency in Sage 300 to oversee daily administrative operations and supervise a small team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, accurate financial record-keeping and smooth coordination between departments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with leadership skills to optimize administrative processes while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management
โข Supervise and mentor a small team of administrative staff, ensuring productivity and professional development.
โข Oversee office operations, including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
โข Develop and implement administrative policies to improve efficiency.
โข Handle correspondence, scheduling, and internal communications.
2. Accounting & Financial Oversight:
โข Manage accounting functions using Sage 300, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
โข Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
โข Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
โข Assist with audits and financial reconciliations.
3. Team Leadership & Support:
โข Conduct performance reviews and provide training for administrative staff.
โข Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve operational issues.
โข Coordinate with HR on staffing, on boarding, and policy adherence.
4. Process Improvement:
โข Identify inefficiencies in administrative and accounting workflows.
โข Recommend and implement technology or procedural upgrades.
โข Maintain documentation and SOPs for key processes.
โข Multiple companies under one roof.
Qualifications & Skills
โข Education: Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
โข Experience:
o 5+ years in administration/office management, with at least 3 years in an accounting/finance role.
o Hands-on experience with Sage 300 (or similar ERP systems).
o Proven track record of supervising teams.
โข Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and leadership skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
