Hey fam, Avah is doing her little holiday dance for you! 💃 As we head into the festive season, I wanted to share a moment to reflect on keeping those routines alive—it’s a time to celebrate, but also a chance to show up for yourself.

I’m reminding myself to:

1️⃣ Stick to my wake-up time, even with all the festive chaos.

2️⃣ Move my body wherever I can. If the gym isn’t happening, I’ll be running after Avah or dancing in the kitchen—burning those calories with love and laughter.

3️⃣ Be mindful about what I bring into the house because what’s not there can’t tempt me.

It’s not about being perfect; it’s about staying present and intentional. Let’s head into this season feeling strong, happy, and ready to enjoy every moment. We’re all on this journey together. ❤️✨

Happy Sunday beautiful people, friends and fam.

If this year taught me one thing: it’s that focus is everything.

For the longest time, I’ve wanted to feel better in my body—to feel strong, confident, and energized. But, like most things, life kept “getting in the way.” Work, motherhood, and just trying to survive left little room for me.

But this year, something shifted.

I stopped waiting for “the right time” to prioritize myself. I realized no one was going to hand me the energy or time to make a change—I had to create it.

It wasn’t about perfection; it was about consistency. Small choices became big wins.
✨ Choosing water instead of juice.
✨ Going for walks instead of scrolling.
✨ Learning to love the journey, not just the results.

And honestly? It wasn’t always easy. There were weeks I fell off track. Days I doubted if it was even worth it. But I kept reminding myself: Progress over perfection.

Fast forward to today: I’m stronger, healthier, and more focused than I’ve ever been. Not just physically, but mentally too.

If this year taught me anything, it’s this: Focus changes everything. And when you focus on you, amazing things happen.

If you’ve been putting yourself last, let this be your sign. You’re worth it. Start small, but start today. ❤️
