The bride's brief was for an all white wedding cake with lace, fairy lights and minimal flowers - she wanted 1 protea and a few white orchids. The final product was an elegant white cake with the protea adding a pop of colour. Two tier red velvet cake filled with tangy cream cheese frosting and covered in fondant.
