Seasons come and seasons go…
Just like nature, we go through our own seasons. Some are messy, some are exciting, some challenge us, and some remind us why we started in the first place. 🍃
As we sort, clean and rearrange our workshop, it may just look like a bit of chaos in a video… but to me, it represents so much more.
Sometimes, to make room for growth, you have to let go of what no longer serves you. You have to move things around, clear the clutter, make space for new ideas and allow yourself to see the possibilities again. ✨
Not every season is meant to stay forever. And that's okay.
I'm learning to embrace the changes, appreciate the journey, and love on the season I'm in — while getting excited for the one that's coming. ❤️
Here's to new beginnings, fresh ideas, a little workshop chaos… and a whole lot of growth. 🌱

The Friends of Bracken is getting ready for our biggest event of the year! Join us on Saturday, 12 September 2026, at Bracken Nature Reserve for our annual Spring Day Festival. Gates open at 07:00 until 13:00.

Expect exciting activities for the whole family, including guided nature walks, rock painting and a 5 km fun run. There will be a selection of food vendors and craft stalls. A highlight of the day will be the firing of our historic cannon. This year, the honour of firing the cannon goes to Alderman Grant Twigg, alongside the winner of the fun run and the person with the best spring outfit! You even have a chance to win a prize during a lucky draw!
