Villa Cortile, Marbella, Spain

The spatial experience unfolds through a sequence of interconnected social zones arranged beneath a dramatic skylit volume. Lounge spaces are embedded within planting beds to soften the architectural geometry, creating quieter moments for gathering and pause. Throughout the interior, a muted material palette of pale timber, natural stone, and tactile upholstery reinforces a calm, coastal atmosphere.

Villa Cortile, Marbella, Spain

The interior is conceived as a continuous social landscape, where lounge, bar, and entertainment spaces unfold beneath a suspended, sculptural light installation that softens the scale of the double-volume expanse. A restrained architectural palette of stone, timber, and woven textures allows the ocean horizon to remain central, while layered furnishings create intimacy and homeliness.

and ARRCC Principal Stefan Antoni reflects on Kalahari Dunes, a project nearing completion that rises confidently from the landscape, embedded within its shifting terrain. Its success lies in working with nature, allowing the architecture to settle into the dunes as though formed by the earth itself.

Upper Albert, Cape Town, South Africa

A series of custom-designed ARRCC bar chairs introduce a sharp, sculptural silhouette to the kitchen, creating a deliberate contrast against the weight and tactility of the oversized stone island. Set within a precise palette of stainless steel, timber, and terrazzo, their graphic form balances refinement with an industrial edge.

Overhead, a lattice ceiling establishes a strong visual rhythm, while integrated greenery softens the composition, creating a dialogue between structure, material, and life.
