We’re hiring: Junior Brand Designer
📍 Paarden Eiland, Cape Town
Ready to start your design career at an award-winning retail design studio? TDC&Co is looking for a curious and motivated Junior Brand Designer to join their multidisciplinary creative team.
You’ll work across brand identity systems, visual communication, retail environments and in-store design, gaining hands-on experience bringing brands to life in real-world spaces.
This role is ideal for:
• A recent Graphic / Brand Design graduate (or 1–2 years experience)
• Someone passionate about branding, visual systems and design thinking
• A designer who is detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn
• Someone comfortable working within a collaborative creative team
You’ll be involved in artwork, layouts, design rollouts, retail communication and brand systems, while collaborating with designers, strategists and interior designers.
You’ll need:
• A relevant design degree or diploma
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography and composition
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop essential)
• A thoughtful portfolio showing strong design potential
Bonus if you have:
Figma, motion/animation, photography, illustration or basic print production knowledge.
