Another patio winter ready!

With the overwhelming influx of repair work due to the recent storms, we had to put some new installations on the back-burner as many of the blinds damaged in the storms could cause damage to structures, pets or people if not secured immediately.

One positive take away from the more than 50 repair assessments and insurance claims, is that only about three of these clients were our own! That says a lot for the quality of our product as well as our instructions for maintenance and care after installation.

Many clients told us that the "companies" (usually 1-man operations) that installed their blinds, were simply not interested in offering them after sales service!

We increased our capacity with one more team as of 1 June, and now we can catch up on new installations AND the piles of repairs over the next few weeks!

The strong winds are expected to continue today, with one reliable source predicting gusts of up to 74km/h. That is still too strong for even the best quality Outdoor blinds and awnings to withstand, hence we suggest you keep them rolled up and well secured for at least one more day.

We will also not be able to do any outdoor installations, but the office will be in touch to reschedule appointments.
