We could be hired as a selected subcontractor and/or we could be hired as a nominated subcontractor.

We operate within a 300km radius from the Cape Town CBD area.

PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS :
● We ask R600.00 per square meter including labour and materials for DRYWALLS.

● We ask R250.00 per square meter, labour included, but own materials for GENERAL CEILINGS.

● We ask R250.00 per square meter for PVC Ceilings, labour included, but own materials will apply.

● We ask R600.00 per square meter, labour included, but own materials for CUSTOM DESIGNED CEILINGS.

● We ask R300.00 per square meter including labour only for SUSPENDED CEILINGS. Clients must buy the materials.

● We ask R150.00 per meter for GENERAL cornice installation work. Clients must buy the materials.

● We ask R600.00 per meter for LUXURY cornice installation work. Clients must buy the materials.

● CLIENTS HAVE TO HIRE THE SCAFFOLDING AND LADDER EQUIPMENT.

A R750.00 CALL OUT FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL LUXURY PROPERTIES OVER AND ABOVE R2,000,000.00.
