10 years!
How time has flown by…
It is officially 10 years since I first started my property journey as a professional investor!
What a journey it has been!
So many ups and downs!
Property is not for everyone, really from experience it’s not!
I have seen many people just stop at the first hurdle!
The truth is anyone can invest in uk property but not everyone is willing to do the work required to make it a success!
I see too many people get sucked in by the dream of a passive income but that is probably the biggest lie in property!
As much as many people would like to convince you, property is not passive an on this!

Sounds horrible but it is a fact!
If you willing to never give up you will make it a success
If you willing to do the work required you will make it a success
If you willing to slog away when others are not you will make it a success
If you willing to never give up one yourself then 100% you will make it a success
You have to ask yourself what do you really want to achieve when it comes to your financial success
Then you have to ask yourself how much actual input do you want to put in to get the result you want!
If you want to have truly passive income that is backed by property then there is truly only one way to do this!
And that is becoming the bank!
It can easily be done if you have the right vechile!
