Headed by lead architect Ernst Fraser, Framework Design is a small interior architecture studio based in Cape Town, specializing in structural and cosmetic renovations and design. Having worked in some of the most prolific firms in Cape Town for more than 10 years, Ernst set up his own architecture practice in early 2015. Inspired by the work of stalwarts such as Tom Kundig, Bjarke Ingels and John
Lautner, Ernst has a passion for well-considered, rational and contextual design. At Framework Design, we love a collaborative approach with clients, and our style tends toward organic and functional forms that result in timeless contemporary spaces.
