B-trix D-signs I have a passion for crafts and sewing, but since the birth of my twin girls I rediscovered my crochet talents.

I started to make amigarumi toys for the girls, next got inspired by baby shoes and then I end up making all kinds of baby items like headbands, hats, diaper covers and more. They are ideal for special photosessions or just to make a cool fashion statement.

I haven't posted in a long time, I know🫣

As a family, we were busy with a life changing decision the past 2 months, that was (and is still is) extremely hard for us.
Don't worry, it is nothing bad! 😁👍🏻😉
I will share about that at a later stage 😉😝......
Aaand it is that time of year again! The week after next is the girls' birthday and I still have to make the tradional birthday outfits. I haven't even started yet, due to all the stuff that was going on.🫣
Next week we are going on a little break-away (as part of the bday celebrations 😉)
So today, I will start cutting up this fabric and hopefully I will get the commissioned outfits done before Tuesday.🤔🤔🤔......
The girls each have their own style and taste. Well, by age 14, what else is expected? They became real ladies and I can confidently say that I am extremely proud of the induviduals that they became......
I love their styles and Lintè's style especially have my creative mind going wild with ideas....and plans 😜

God truly works in misterious ways and His plans for us surely are good and blessed and full of abundance, favor and goodness🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

What a privilege it is for me to design and make all my daughter's outfits. And when she not just wins the reward for best evening wear, but the winning title in her age catogory, I can't explain how extremely proud I feel about this extraordinary young lady that calls me, mommy 🥰🥰🥰

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to 👸🏼Junior Teen Miss Western Province 2023 - Eliana Snyman who was crowned 👑 Miss Petite Teen South Africa 2024 this past Sunday in Pretoria by at Miss & Mr Jnr SA - South Africa's biggest pageant.
She also received the following awards in the 13-14 age group:
• best evening wear
• best in interview
and was crowned with an international title to represent SA in Turkey:
Miss Petite Teen Universe South Africa 2024
We are very proud of her!!!

These past month and a half, Eliana and I were busy planning and organising her fundraiser that takes place this coming Sunday.
After that, we have only a week and a bit left before the big finale in Pretoria: the prestigeous Miss Jnr SA pagaent.

This week I will commence in finishing her outfits for this competition.

So if you wondered why I was so quiet lately; organizing fundraisers is a full time job. Hats off to those that does it on a regular basis 🙌🏻

So from this week on, I can share some behind the scenes of the outfits prep.
