When Jesus cursed a fig tree it was not about it to wait for the next season or the right season so that it may produce fruits. It was about that time not that Jesus could not command it that same time to have fruits and the disciples could enjoy no it was a proverb let’s look at it !!!!
Mark 11:13
*And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves*, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it,He found nothing but leaves, for the time of figs was not yet.
We have a people who call themselves believers(Christians) who have leaves but no fruits. They even come to church that is the road which we hear about they know the road to salvation but they do not have fruits.
When you repent it pleases the Father then He wants you to walk according to His ways we might have different gifts and callings but by you being in/on the road it means you are expected to have fruits.
1 Corinthians 3:9
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
1 Corinthians 3:13
Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
1 Corinthians 3:14
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
What kind of a fig tree are you then, this is the call that He called us to, this is what He has instructed us that we may preach Him we may have leaves that’s the good work we might portray but what are we making out of the bloom that we have.
Another one will say i am not called another will then say I don’t have words but God has just said go and speak about what you have heard 👂👂👂.
You have heard so many times of the goodness of God ,so many times you have heard the testimony of Jesus Christ how He was crucified that life may be there to those without and have we used the same word to the world ?????
Mark 11:14
And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
Mark 11:20
And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
Mark 11:21
And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
If we can’t comply then what is it that reason He has created us for. Are we just people decorated in uniforms of different denominations and we can’t come to reasoning of praising God in truth ?
May the gospel that lives forever be preached to all nations may we not cease from worshipping God In truth.
