Taryn Flanagan Interiors is hiring
An extremely organised and spreadsheet proficient individual as a project and production coordinator.
TFI specialises in residential and safari lodge projects.
This role tackles design, logistics and production. You will work alongside the design and accounts team to help bring the projects to life.
From moodboards and sourcing through to installations.
Job scope
* Production coordination across multiple projects.
* Production management and supplier communication
* Budget tracking and spreadsheets
* Maintaining FF and E schedules and production management.
* Placing and tracking orders through to
* Installation.
* Ensuring finishes, materials specifications are correctly communicated.
TFI is looking for:
* Someone extremely organised.
* Microsoft office professional specifically in spreadsheets.
* Confident managing intricate budgets and production and logistic schedules.
* Proactive and calm under pressure.
* A strong communicator with suppliers and their team.
* Dog and cat friendly and allergy free.
* Must have your own transport.
Experience in interior design, architecture, hospitality or production coordinator preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience required. Location Kwa- Zulu Natal, South Africa.
