The Scrappers Village is hosting another paint pouring workshop! Not only is this exciting course run by Sharon - the trusted and expert advice go-to person on this medium, best practise and industry secrets to be revealed!

Awesome collection from !!!

Denise van Deventer created this Light up the Ordinary layout as a reflection of herself, choosing papers and tones in her favourite colours to bring the page to life. The background was built with a stencil and Petunia Archival Ink, enhanced by a Penelope Dee stamp, and layered with an abundance of fussy-cut flowers and elements to form the central cluster. Her photo is framed with cherished die-cuts, while the base was coloured using Saltwater Taffy and Wilted Violet Distress Spray Stains, stencils and Distress Inks for added depth. White gel pen doodles and highlights accentuate the leaves and blossoms, complemented by clear gloss for dimension. To finish, delicate white splatters were applied, softening the overall look and tying the composition together.

The Scrappers Village had such a wonderful and relaxed Saturday morning class .... everyone had a super and enjoyable time creating a folio .... AMAZING art therapy during this time!

Tried something new today with a special client who wanted to expand her papercrafting horizons! So we did this - which really pushed her boundaries but what a lovely one-on-one workshop!
Different and unique and so very personal!

PaperArtsy Infusions were used as well as a few "bits and bobs"....
