Taking a closer look at this custom bar unit 🥂

Rich black joinery, fluted glass, natural stone and subtle integrated lighting come together to create a statement piece that’s equally practical and refined.

We will be sharing some images from this recent refurb in Melrose over the next week or two.

We loved this project, the clients love for colour and the way it turned out as a result. We kept it understated with some impactful pieces for a bit of drama, with a whole lot of home, focusing on comfort and family living. More to follow.

Mini but also Maxi ~

Small space doesnt need to feel confined. We’ve added lots of storage to this cottage extension and dual use items to create a soft, welcoming, functional space.

Small spaces, big potential!!

We love a challenge, and this was one!
The basement storage room was fully renovated, and opened up to create a lovely self contained private cottage for a family member. We replaced windows and doors, floors, electrical, freshened all finishes, stripped and added a full new kitchenette with BICS and plenty of storage. We will share more of this space over the next week as well as some before shots.

From dark and bleak, to light infused, modernised, comfortable and an inviting home for one!

Not quite a new build but could quite well be one! This renovation in Midstream Estate is rolling full throttle and there’s a glimmer of a far more contemporary home emerging.

All plaster, windows & doors, built in joinery, flooring and roof are out... new plaster going in and new walls are almost complete.
Exciting times!
