Easylife Kitchens is a leading, well-established kitchen brand with over 30 years of industry experience and more than 40 franchise showrooms nationwide. With state-of-the-art factories in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we manufacture high-quality kitchen components using modern, continuously upgraded technology to ensure exceptional value and workmanship.
Our Easylife Kitchens showrooms are franchisee-owned, and as such, requirements and remuneration may differ slightly from other locations. We are currently seeking a highly experienced, performance-driven Senior Sales & Design Consultant to join our team.
This role is suited to a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, has strong commercial awareness, and is capable of managing clients, designs, and projects from first consultation to final installation.

This position requires a senior-level combination of design and sales, with full accountability for sales performance, design excellence, and project delivery.

Skills, experience and training required
· Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential)
· Strong computer literacy
· Grade 12 minimum, with 2-5+ years relevant experience in kitchen sales, design, or a related interior/manufacturing environment
· Proven senior-level experience in kitchen design and sales
· Experience within the kitchen or manufacturing industry
The following will strengthen your application:
· Qualification in Sales and/or Interior Design
· Advanced proficiency in Winner design software
· Strong design and technical knowledge within the kitchen industry
· Project Management experience and/or qualification

Key responsibilities
· Conducting thorough client needs analyses, including lifestyle, budget, and design preferences
· Advising clients on appropriate project investment relative to property value
· Design development, presentation, and finalisation with clients
· Full management of customer quotes, contracts, payments, and orders
· Achieving showroom sales targets, margin requirements, and personal strike rates
· End-to-end project management from sale through to installation and completion
· Stakeholder management and clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle
· Managing client expectations and providing regular progress feedback
· Proactively resolving any issues that arise during project ex*****on
· Keeping up to date with the latest kitchen technology, materials, and industry trends
· Ensuring overall quality of service delivery across all projects
· Any additional duties required by the franchisee
