I tried the viral as a replacement for fresh tuna today 🍣 The tomato takes on a fishy flavour by marinating it in soy sauce & seaweed for a few hours, then topping it onto crispy sticky rice squares (so easy in the Airfryer) with the usual avo & mayo combo. These were so good!
