🧸💙 Knitted with Love: The Knysna Lions Ladies Keep on Giving 💙🧸
The ladies of the Knysna Lions Club have been busy again... although, truth be told, they haven't really stopped! 🧶❤️
They continue to knit teddies for children who have experienced trauma, as well as beautiful blankets that are donated to the unit at Knysna Police Station that supports victims of r**e and trauma.
Behind every teddy and every blanket are hours of knitting, countless stitches and, most importantly, an enormous amount of love, compassion and generosity.
A special mention must go to Michelle from the Lions Club, who works closely with Beth Beggs, the psychologist, and Constable Quinne. Together, they are doing such important work in supporting children and victims through some of the most difficult experiences imaginable. We are so grateful for the care and dedication they bring to this work. 💙

✨ And even great big bags filled to the brim with cuddly bears ready to be delivered!
These aren't simply knitted toys and blankets. They are tangible reminders to vulnerable children and survivors that someone cares.
A huge thank you to every one of the Knysna Lions ladies for the time, skill and generosity you continue to give. Your needles may be doing the knitting, but it is your hearts that are making the real difference. ❤️🧶
