COMPANY VISION: Our main vision is maintain our reputation as a supplier of top quality locally manufactured and imported products, and the professional, hassle free installation of said products. A vision we feel has kept us in business for 37 years. We also believe that the best possible way we can satisfy our client's needs, is to have a team of professional, fully employed, well trained and knowledgeable staff. Many companies in our sector make use of part-time or contract labour. We have seen and proved that this leads to shoddy workmanship, and do not subscribe to this route of employment. Thus, when making use of our services you will have peace of mind that we have sent our own skilled personnel to carry out your installation. Our Management and sales staff also keep up to date with market trends and product training on a regular basis. Many companies will attempt to pass salesmanship off as knowledge, our view is that this is unethical, thus we deal with the facts at hand related to any product or service we offer.
MARKETS WE SERVICE: We service most flooring needs in the market at this point in time. We have a contracting division which concentrates mainly on larger projects such as commercial properties, healthcare institutions, schools, colleges and larger housing developments to name a few. We also service the insurance companies with regard to replacing damaged flooring products, as well as a team that concentrates on the domestic housing market.
