Pan-Fried / Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients
6–8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs or rosemary
Salt and black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Method
Season: Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub over the lamb chops.
Marinate: Let sit for at least 20–30 minutes (longer if you have time).
Cook:
Heat a pan or grill until hot.
Cook chops about 3–4 minutes per side for medium (adjust to preference).
Rest the meat for 3 minutes before serving so it stays juicy.

Creamy Potato Salad
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes (cubed)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
½ small onion (finely chopped)
2 boiled eggs (optional, chopped)
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Method
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft but not mushy (about 10–12 minutes). Drain and cool.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add potatoes, onion, and eggs.
Gently mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Buttered Sweet Corn
Ingredients
4 corn cobs (or 2 cups frozen sweet corn)
2 tbsp butter
Salt
Black pepper or paprika (optional)
Method
Boil corn cobs in salted water for 8–10 minutes (or sauté frozen corn in a pan).
Drain and toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
Optional: sprinkle paprika or chili flakes for extra flavour.
