Farm project. The house built up in beginning of 19’, family bought the house in 1960s . House was not fixed for decade .
House layout : kitchen dining with sky window. The house I spelt to three wing sections: right , middle, left)
Right section has a room with bathroom and bathtub;
Left section of the house has own entrance with braai spot/ bathroom with shower , small lounge with two rooms
Middle section has away to wino patio/ small lounge With two tooms. Task is her to build bathroom

New project. Lovely young couple have recently moved in Parklands to cozy house ( layout lounge, kitchen / dinning area, hallway to guest bathroom, small room / office and master bedroom)
Tasks:
to change interior wall colours, small maintenance, make walls smooths/ fix cracks.
