Cheese and Pesto Toasties 🌿🧀 Made in the airfryer, ready in minutes, and genuinely better than anything that comes out of a pan ✨
Ingredients (makes 2):
4 slices of bread (sourdough or thick white works best)
2 tsp Pesto Princess Basil Pesto or Sundried Tomato Pesto per sandwich
4–6 slices mozzarella or mature cheddar
Butter, softened (for the outside)
How to:
• Butter the outside of each slice of bread
• Spread Pesto Princess pesto generously on the inside of one slice
• Add your cheese, then close the sandwich (buttered sides facing out)
• Airfry at 180°C for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and melted
• Cut, pull apart, repeat ✨
