"Notice of Change in Payment Terms

Effective [24 june 2024]KZN Ceilings will be revising its payment terms to ensure efficient and timely compensation for our services.

Due to an increase in unpaid invoices, we will no longer offer payment options for our services. Instead, full payment will be required upon completion of work, unless a prior agreement has been made for a layby payment plan.

Layby Payment Plan:

- A maximum of 3 months will be allowed for layby payments
- A deposit of [insert percentage or amount] is required to secure the layby
- Regular payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule
- Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the layby and forfeiture of deposit

To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following:

- All outstanding invoices must be settled in full by [Deadline]
- New projects will require full payment upon completion, unless a layby payment plan has been agreed upon
- No exceptions will be made beyond the 3-month layby period

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
