We follow thorough steps throughout: beginning with the approval of a drafted 3D plan by our clients, after which work is assembled and customised in our workshop. All work completed then undergoes a stringent inspection by a qualified craftsman, before approval to despatch to site. Once the assembled or customised item reaches its applicable site, it is fitted according to the plan drawn by the company, or the clients, under strict supervision. After fitting is completed, according to the plan, the site in totality undergoes an inspection for any minor faults to be addressed, including door alignment, cleaning and polishing. Once the work has been completed to our, and the client’s, satisfaction, the client will sign a satisfaction form.
