Construction is moving full speed ahead at Silverwater Crossing in Pretoria!

Located at the busy intersection of Pretoria Road and Watermeyer Street in Silverton, this refurbishment project is set to breathe new life into the centre.

Our vision is to re-establish Silverwater Crossing as the go-to community convenience hub, where accessibility meets variety. The refreshed design will bring:
• Improved accessibility for a seamless shopping experience
• A wider mix of retail offerings to meet everyday needs
• A focus on human-scale design that feels welcoming and connected
• A modern, fresh aesthetic to reinvigorate the local landscape

We’re excited to deliver a centre that blends convenience, community, and contemporary design—a place where shopping feels effortless and enjoyable.

We’re excited to share the fantastic progress on our pedestrian bridge, connecting Highland Park Retail with the Design Quarter building in the Highlands Precinct.

This milestone marks a step towards a more connected, inclusive, and vibrant urban environment. A special thank you goes to our local partner, Derick Kambarami of , for his outstanding engineering and commitment. We’re also grateful to Terrace Africa for the opportunity to help shape Zimbabwe’s built environment.

Construction is well underway at Design Quarter – a landmark mixed-use development by Terrace Africa on ED Mnangagwa Road, Harare.

Serving as the gateway to the Highland Park Precinct, the project will welcome major brands such as PUMA, Trafigura, and Zimoco as confirmed tenants.

This signature development is set to transform the Highlands area into a vibrant, sustainable destination, featuring:
• Premium showrooms
• A-grade office space
• A rooftop restaurant with sweeping views

A pedestrian bridge will seamlessly connect Design Quarter to the existing Highland Park Shopping Centre, creating a dynamic, integrated hub for work, leisure, and retail.

LXX Sandhurst combines the accessibility of a convenience centre with the high-level specifications of a premium retail development.

The scheme reimagined a 1990s-era IBM office building, transforming it into a modern retail centre featuring piazza-facing restaurants and upmarket retail stores. LXX—the Roman numeral for 70, reflecting the development's address at 70 Rivonia Road— and alludes to the luxury nature of the stores and restaurants within the complex. We extend our gratitude to The Cavaleros Group for entrusting us with their bold vision.

Skyscape Architects, a Pretoria based Architectural practice is looking for an experienced architectural draughtsperson/technologist to join their team.
Must haves:
-7 + year experience in architectural field
-Relevant qualification.
- Registered with SACAP
-Autocad level: Expert
-Council drawings and document preparation.
- Own transport

Nice to have: (Not required)
-Revit proficient
-Social media skills
-Flair for interior design and sourcing of finishes (Tiles, paint colours, etc.)
-Positive, helpful, kind, and friendly nature, but tough and decisive when necessary.
-Ability to multitask and to perform various roles (not only as a draughtsperson)
