WAREHOUSE /RENTAL DEPOT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

About the Position
A highly organised and quality‑driven Operations Supervisor with 3–5 years’ leadership experience across depot, warehouse, logistics, rental operations and inventory environments. Skilled in managing full asset lifecycle processes, inbound receiving, laundry and decontamination workflows, outbound dispatch, ERP/WMS accuracy, and operational compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive productivity, maintain audit‑ready documentation and uphold strict hygiene and quality standards.

The Rental Depot Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading inbound receiving, depot operations, laundry and decontamination activities, outbound dispatch, inventory control, ERP/WMS transaction accuracy, quality compliance and people management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.

3–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, depot operations, distribution, administrative or rental operations.

Advanced ERP/WMS experience.

Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel).

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Management

Manage all inbound receiving activities for returned rental equipment and consumables.

Ensure equipment is inspected, recorded and routed through cleaning and decontamination processes.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

Investigate discrepancies, shortages and damaged equipment.

Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately in ERP/WMS systems.

Manage vehicles, scheduling and route planning.

Monitor dispatch accuracy and service levels.Track delivery performance against customer SLA requirements.Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting customer deliveries.

ERP / WMS Systems Management

Maintain accurate system visibility of assets through receiving, laundry, repair, storage and dispatch processes.

Ensure all status changes are processed correctly in ERP/WMS systems.

Quality Management & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all Quality Management System requirements, SOPs and work instructions.Ensure laundry and decontamination processes meet required hygiene and quality standards.

PRODUCTION MANAGER *Malelane Area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Production Manager – Sugarcane to join the team. Salary: COMPANY OFFERS AN ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE COMMENSURATE WITH THE LEVEL OF THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing all production-related farm activities.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12/Matric.
• Diploma or degree in agriculture.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in general farm production, specialising in sugarcane
• Contract management experience with regards to cane cutting, w**d control and mechanisation
• Ability to plan and self-manage with highly developed time management skills and ability to move effortlessly between tasks
• Computer skills – MSOffice, Outlook, etc.
• Literate in Afrikaans and English
• Third language will be an advantage
• Prepared to work long hours/overtime
KEY ACCOUNTABLE AREAS
• Responsible for full production cycle of sugarcane
• Active involvement in water management, including monitoring of probes
• Daily production planning and reporting to the Division Manager on all related matters
• Provide management with timely and professional support for all production related issues
• Manage all production processes in compliance with good farming practices and company policies and procedures
• Actively drive financial process via budget and monthly forecasts in conjunction with Division Manager
• Ensure timely and effective harvesting processes
• Ensure effective production administration in line with best practice
• Ensure compliance with and management of all labour and employer/employee related laws
• Control Key performance areas of subordinates
• Any ad hoc duties within the scope of employment as delegated by the general manager
