🧡 Motivation Monday 🧡
Real talk…I don’t always “ride the big waves".This past two weeks,life threw me flat on my face.We’re often told,“Get back up and try again.”Sounds simple,right?One minute you’re okay,next minute you’re asking yourself,“Hey universe is this a test or a project?Because I did NOT sign up for this part.” 😅 I even used to give others that same advice when they were going through tough times.“Keep your head above water.” But that’s terrible advice,and I’ll never give it again.Let’s be real we all get knocked down.Mentally,Emotionally,Financially.Just when you think you’re back on your feet, BOOM another challenge shows up like it paid rent.But here’s the truth problems don’t arrive one at a time they come in bundles.Like specials. Buy one stress,get three free.And when that happens,we rush,panic, overthink,and try to fix everything at once.But sometimes the strongest move is to PAUSE,Breathe,Reset, Laugh or cry a little.Then carry on.You don’t have to have life figured out today.You don’t need all the answers right now.You don’t even need motivation every day discipline will do..😌Don’t fight simply because your in a hurry to “get your head above the water again.”I learned that that there’s always a calm before the next round of problems.Give yourself grace.Progress is progress,even if it’s slow.Healing is healing,even if it’s messy.If today feels heavy, remember you’ve survived 100% of your worst days so far.That’s a perfect record! 💪Some days you’re strong.Some days you’re tired.Some days you just need snacks and a nap.And that’s okay 😂Keep showing up.Keep believing.Keep pushing even quietly.Your story isn’t over.Better days are on the way.Stay kind to yourself.Stay hopeful.And remember you’re doing better than you think! ✨💛
