The Chop and Block opened its doors in 2003, selling our own quality handcrafted chopping boards. Over time we have introduced an exclusive range of utensils from Wusthof, Santoku and Scanpan to name a few, all of whom recommend the Chop and Block boards to help retain the edge of their blades. Our Facebook community is a place where our customers and friends can get and give advice and learn new
techniques. We encourage our fans to interact with us, and each other, and share their cooking experiences and post images of their successes and flops. In order to maintain a friendly, fun, sharing environment Chop and Block will do its best to ensure that all content is appropriate. We will have to remove comments that are off topic and fall into the following categories:
