When your client commissions you to do a drawing of the 3 different motorbike phases of her brother's life, and give it to him as a surprise for his 'big' birthday... At least everybody are happy 😀

A piece I've done for STOP Trafficking of People's conference: Hope to Healing.

Transformed the broken mannequin with a mix of broken plate piece and filled up the areas with gold to imitate the ancient Japanese art of repairing something of value to make it more valuable; not hiding the brokenness but showing it to be more beautiful because of it! The hidden art of embracing our brokenness, because of your history...

So ROCK PAINTING is a 'thing' now and many people hide rocks in plain sight for strangers to find and be encouraged. It's fun to participate!

Holiday season is at hand and this can be an excellent way to entertain not only the kids, but adults alike! Seriously😀

The finished product - a first ever for me! Initiated between John Bauer giving us shards of his fabulous ceramic works, and Christel making her venue available for the Proudly Porterville Art Weekend (October 2021) and permanently fixed all the works on the outside wall of Die Mosaik Huis, 55 Du Toit Street, Porterville (Go and visit; she gives tours for the inside - her own labour of love!)

Thank you it was so much fun doing it with you!
