New Treasures have recently arrived in the shop! Alpaca yarn on cones...

Cocoa, Fawn, Fawn + Charcoal ply. Natural White arrives on Wednesday arvie. The Quenti farm herd are being sheared at the moment. I will keep you updated with their new haircuts. In the meantime come and purchase a cone or 2 of the Cape's finest natural Alpaca yarn. 🌿🙌🏽

Look at this gorgeousss creation crocheted by Tamma Louw • A first time crocheter ~ Yes I can't believe it either. It has been special to seeing Tamma pop into the shop every 2nd week or so adding more rows more colour more African Expressions to her top. Saturday's workshop was a blast. Thank you Belinda, Karin, Alicia and Sandi for attending our first Maker's Event. The Mitred Square has been conquered and so was much entertainment and merriment on a misty Stellenbosch day. Thank you Joy Joorst for the class.

PS and look who popped in to say hallo... a gorgeous shawl being knitted in Aymara Meraki by Quenti Alpaca. I will be ordering more of this gorgeous colour way.

The Mitred Square workshop is calling you. On Saturday 22nd August 9.30 to 1pm is teaching and then continue to knit till closing at 3pm. R950 per knitter. Includes a Vinni Nielsen starter yarn pack, tuition with Joy. All Refreshments xx

Prepping for next week's Knit//Craft night with one of the heavenly Knotty Habit sets*

It's happening next Wednesday the 5th of August 6pm to 8.30ish pm.
Book via website ritatrafford.com or via the link in the bio. It's under the workshops page. It's all happening here at the shop.

Bring an existing project or start a new one. Maybe there is one that shouting "pick me pick me" from the back of the shelf. Bring that one along then. It can be Knitting, crocheting, embroidery or any lap friendly size craft... I am typing this in haste.

R450 includes delicious de Trafford wine, light snackies and a R100 spending voucher on the night. Keeping it cosy with only 8 places available.
