Janine Fourie is the founder and creative force behind Nien Interior & Renovations, a boutique renovation and interior styling business based in Stilbaai, Western Cape.
Her passion for renovation began in 2014 when she transformed her first home while working full-time in hospitality and events. What started as a personal project soon grew into a calling.
Raised in a family of builders, Janine developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and beautiful homes from an early age. Today, she combines practical building knowledge with a refined eye for interiors to deliver timeless, functional, and beautifully balanced spaces.
Through Nien Interior & Renovations, Janine works with homeowners, investors, and developers on renovations, interior styling, and project management. Her goal is simple: to create beautiful spaces that add value and enhance everyday living.

Happy Monday! Feeling so proud today as we enter the final stage of this renovation. The builders finished today, which is both exciting and a little sad at the same time. Now the painting team and installers are taking over. Over the next few days, we’ll be focusing on the finishing touches, as well as ordering lighting and furniture. So exciting — I can’t wait for the big reveal!

Final stages for this beauty! The weather has been causing delays, but my team’s spirits remain high. Very excited to begin the kitchen installation tomorrow. Busy choosing light fittings, headboards, mirrors, and seeing all the beautiful decorating mood boards come to life!
