With this in mind our interest and goal is to simplify the process for our customers, we basically take care of all the bits you don’t want to, or perhaps don’t know how to. These processes might include:
- Advice and design of your home; we have architectural designers in house that can assist you in navigating the creative and design process.
- We provide guides to how much your house will
cost to build, and when your design process is complete we can provide an accurate quote for the construction.
-Most houses require a building consent before construction can begin, this is an application to build with the city council. We will lodge the application for building consent on your behalf and track its progress until the result is decided upon.
-The builder will require building plans in order to construct your home, we have building technicians and architectural technologists in our team who understand the construction process very well and can put together a set of construction documents for your new home or alteration.
-When the building process is ready to begin, the council will need to inspect certain stages of the build; we manage this process at each stage and even go as far as to provide transport for the inspectors when they don’t have access to a vehicle.
-If you would like to go beyond simply designing the exterior aesthetic to your home, we also have interior designers and kitchen designers in our team who can guide you through the process and assist with the pricing structure.
-If you would like to undertake the building process on your own or even undertake parts of the building yourself, we can provide you with a bill of quantities to ease the process. We also appreciate that every client and every home construction is unique, so if there is any portion of the process that you would like to undertake or feel you can achieve more efficiently yourself please feel free to do so. We will even provide you will a guiding hand if you require it.
