The annual ‘Ask R U OK? Any Day’ campaign is a national day of action highlighting the importance of meaningful conversations. By having regular, meaningful conversations and connections we build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on so that when the people in our world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.
