Apparently the answer to “this old house has no closet space… what do we do?” was: turn this underused bedroom into a giant closet.

And really commit to it.

Drawers. Counter space. Hanging for days. Shoes. Bags. Shelving. A huge mirror. A bench. Textured wallpaper. And, naturally, a sexy light fixture—because practical does not have to mean boring.

Will this room finally solve the morning what do I wear? crisis?

No.

But now the crisis has excellent lighting.

A full kitchen renovation in 19 seconds.

Which is adorable, because in real life there were approximately 4,000 decisions, 72 conversations, 18 site visits, many measuring tapes, a few surprises behind the walls, and a whole lot of careful ex*****on.

The reel is fast.
The process is not.

But that’s exactly why the result feels so good.

Thoughtful layout, layered finishes, clever storage, and every little detail working hard behind the pretty.

A beautiful design only works if it’s executed properly.

That’s why Site Visits are such an important part of our process. We show up during construction to review the details, check the work against the plan, answer questions, catch issues early, and make sure the next layer goes on with confidence.

Because construction moves fast, and the smallest detail in the wrong place can become a much bigger problem later.

This is the less glamorous side of design — the checklists, the measuring, the “no, that tile can’t just end there because it’s easier” conversations.

But it’s also where the magic really happens.

Thoughtful design. Clever solutions. Meticulous ex*****on. That’s how a home starts to feel not just renovated, but considered, complete, and beautifully finished.
