A lovely day of cooking Japanese food together with this sweet family💛✨

Homemade Japanese food with cute little chefs 👧🏻🧑🏻‍🍳💕

We made everything from scratch: savory steamed buns, handmade udon noodle soup with veggie tempura, and a fresh side salad. All vegetarian! 🌱🍜

I especially love making steamed buns and udon noodles with kids!
Playing with the dough, shaping the buns, and making noodles together is such a fun and satisfying experience.🙌✨

They were so full of energy and curiosity, and it was wonderful to see how enthusiastic they were about making everything themselves🤗

I love these relaxed kitchen moments where the whole family gets involved, learns something new, and simply has fun cooking together.🥰

My recent favorite 4 onigiri flavors 🍙😍✨

🩷Umeboshi Sour Plum Miso
Umeboshi is Japanese pickled plum with a deliciously salty and sour flavor. Combined with miso, it creates a lovely balance of sweet, salty, sour, and umami💕

🤎Savory Tofu Miso Soboro
“Soboro” means finely crumbled ingredients, traditionally often seasoned minced meat. It’s really popular topping for rice. I use tofu with miso for a savory plant-based version😋

🧡Spicy Tuna Mayo & Shichimi
Creamy tuna mayo with a little kick from shichimi, a traditional Japanese seven-spice blend. So flavorful and addictive!🤪

🖤Shiitake mushrooms & Shiso leaves
Chewy, umami-rich shiitake mushrooms with chopped Shiso leaves for a delicious aroma and flavor. It’s so traditional Japanese flavor and simple but very satisfying vegetarian filling😁🌱

A little fun memory from our fun group cooking session the other day 🍱🍙✨

We made a vegetarian Japanese bento together, with onigiri, Japanese rolled omelette, lotus root, homemade potato croquettes, and dango mochi sweets🍡

It was such a lovely evening of cooking, eating, and chatting together.🙌💕

It was such a lovely and cosy afternoon with this sweet couple!✨

He received a private Japanese cooking class as a birthday present, and we spent the afternoon cooking together, having fun, and enjoying a full homemade Japanese meal. 💕

We made okonomiyaki, grilled eggplant with Nasu Miso Dengaku, miso soup, and matcha white chocolate ganache daifuku mochi💚

The eggplant was a big favorite of them🍆 So juicy and tender, but not oily at all.😋

Good food, good conversation, and a little cozy experience of Japan in Copenhagen🇯🇵
A little different from a usual birthday gift, and something you can enjoy together.☺️
This could be a pretty lovely way to celebrate a birthday, I think. 🎂🎁🥳💕
