What a transformation on this one, certainly not your average stairs and landing! 😮

We started by preparing the subfloor making sure this large space looked as it should, we then installed Textures Summer Oak LVT, which has completely changed the feel, It’s a great hard wearing option that works well for busy areas like this.

The staircase was then done in sisal, finished with an antique bronze LVT trim on the nosing to keep that high quality feel.

Everything prepped and fitted correctly to make sure it not only looks fantastic but lasts as it should, high quality materials and a tidy finish all round ✅

For this recent project, we fitted Luvanto Country Oak herringbone throughout the entire downstairs of this beautiful home, adding in a double block border to really make a feature of the spaces.

We carried out some diamond floor grinding at a new unit in Pensthorpe last week after the builder failed to correctly remove the laitance from the new subfloor.👷‍♂️💎

This process removed the laitance and left a clean, solid surface ready for the next stage of the project, now other works can commence and then on to fully refit the unit with its new flooring. ✅
