If you have an issue with your sub-floor e.g. new screed, wet or damp floors (the original base for a floor to be laid on i.e. concrete) then one of our flooring specialists can attend your property to advise what sub-floor preparation will be required. We can also arrange for an Independent sub-floor specialist to attend your home or business to investigate and provide a full report, another service offered by Carpet Trader that is free of charge. We are one of the only retailers and installers in Bicester, Oxfordshire who are registered with the Environmental Health Agency as a licensed waste carrier.
