A really lovely property who asked us for our Flush effect to both doors and windows. Some before, during & after photos of this installation. Horizontal Astragal Bars allows more light through, modernises the property and matches the windows. The fixed doors are dummy doors so they look like they open for effect. Trickle vents to comply with latest legislation. These clients were suffering from lots of ladybirds which have now been eliminated. Another quality installation by The Window Centre.

Another installation for our long standing client BH Property’s. These box sash implements with both top and bottom openings now match the lower windows. These windows are fitted so no maintenance on the outside but inside the original boxes remain as does the liner and architrave to keep the character of the 1900 property. All these windows are fitted with our restrictor hinge which is also known as a child restrictor hinge, but with a click of two buttons the windows create a suitable fire escape.

Before & After photos of a Front Door installation in Iford Bournemouth. These clients were recommended to use our company and are absolutely thrilled with their new door and side windows. Our client requested their old doorbell was re fitted but also a new Ring doorbell / camera was fitted. Their old door was a timber looking door which made their hallway very dark. Our new door and windows are white inside which brightens up their hallway. Locking is very simple with a thumb turn internally as opposed to a key. We replaced all the timber architraves and liners with PVC-u so no more painting. Lastly we supplied and fitted a set of chrome numbers to make it visible from the road.

Some before & after photos of a replacement conservatory but without changing the roof. Our client who has used us for their cottage windows loved their existing roof. With care and accurate measurements we supported the roof whilst changing the wall frames. The windows are from our flush casement range with our “GENUS” joint system making the welded frames look like a conventional timber mortise & tenon joint. Astragal bars just finish off the traditional frames. All frames are White Woodgrain again adding to the traditional look. Another very happy customer!

Another quality installation by our team. Some before and after photos of two doors on a clients property in Bournemouth. The existing front door was a timber door replaced with our solid core composite door with the rear door an old tired pvcu door. We installed a fully glazed door with satin obscure glazing which lets a huge amount of light into the clients kitchen. With both doors having the latest locking system, all glazing installed from the inside and the PVC-u having hinge claws making it an incredibly secure door. Client is absolutely delighted with their purchase!!

Our existing clients in Lyndhurst has now finished the rear of their property with windows and doors. Sadly the property was in a poor state of repair but over the past twenty four months the clients have worked incredibly hard to bring it up to a great standard. All our bay windows are fully reinforced including the external cill and all our lower bays have structural adjustable bay jacks meaning no weight is sitting on the windows themselves. All our side openers have our Tri Hinge which includes: child / pet restrictor, 90 degree fire escape and an easy clean facility. These clients enjoyed their timber sliding sash windows for many years but this year they needed a lot of work to bring them up to spec, but being singled glazed and with some of the timber needing to be replaced they took the steps to employ The Window Centre to supply and fit new colour coded PVC-u sliding sash windows. The clients are thrilled with their purchase, now with double glazed, internally beaded, easy usage with an easy clean facility, night vents, trickle vents and incredibly secure the clients new purchase will last for many many years. No more painting and no more drafts!

Another Quality Installation alongside our work colleagues at P8 Project Management. This simple garden room now offers a room with several uses! An office, Gym, Summer House or even additional living space. Fully insulated with simple heating allows the client to choose how they want to use it. Fully A Rated glazing keeps the building warm winter months and a set of Open Out French Doors offers ventilation in the Summer months. The window has our restrictor hinge offering additional security.

Some before and after photos of a replacement conservatory whilst reusing the clients existing base and walls. The clients old conservatory had a polycarbonate roof which was incredibly noisy when it rained. With our new conservatory having A - Rated wall frame glazing and a glass roof using Pilkington Sunshade Blue self cleaning glass it is quieter and warmer. We also added an additional down-pipe due to the intense weather the rain will drain quicker. New lead to the rear wall and a new window board inside finish off the installation. Our installation teams installed this new balcony infill. Scaffolding provided by Gary @ Bournemouth Scaffolding. These clients will now be able to use their balcony as a room rather than a dumping ground. The central tilt and turn window offers plenty of ventilation but also a fire escape!! These clients are enjoying the balcony infill and new window in their bedroom.
