Would you believe creating floral funeral tributes are one of our most cherished parts of being a Shropshire florist?

We had the absolute honour of making these beautiful arrangements for a family’s loved one this weekend.

Stunning seasonal blooms capturing the best and last of autumn. And what better way to view them than in the stunning early morning sunrise here in Church Stretton.

See you all Monday, the John R Thomas Team x

Where could I find the perfect place to take pictures that’s as beautiful as our flowers?

We spent the most loveliest afternoon with Marcus and Amy Middle Farm & Cottages a few days ago. Thank you for being so kind as to let us use your stunning home and business as our background for our flowers. If you haven’t seen them already, please check out their holidays cottages. A truly spectacular home setting surrounded by spectacular views. Another example of how lucky we are here in South Shropshire, all us business owners are each other’s cheerleaders ❤️

If you or your loved ones are thinking of staying in South Shropshire for a break, have you thought about treating yourselves to a perfect posie or beautiful bouquet whilst you stay? We can deliver all over the county and to make your holiday stay even more special.

Plants ahoy! If you didn’t know already, it’s not just gorgeous flowers we sell in our humble little shop in Church Stretton, Shropshire!

Even if I say so myself we’ve got some damn fine indoor house plants that arrived this week.

My personal favourite? Philodendron Squamiferum with its hairy stems 😂

Another moment when I pinch myself and think how lucky I am to work in an environment like this! Total chill vibes in the front of the shop, I’m thinking sun lounger in the corner?

Put on display Tuesday, they are flying out the door, and me thinks we’ll have to reorder by next week thanks to you lovely lot 🥰

FYI first time I’ve done a voice over reel 🤦‍♀️😂 Nothing worse than hearing your own voice and thinking “Is that really what I sound like” thanks for teaching me the skills ❤️

And who said being a florist was boring?

Following the trend 😂

Who knew one bunch of bruised roses could cause such a meltdown?! Don’t mess with Mrs Molloy is all I’m saying.

IYKYK my fellow floristas!!!!

Big thanks to for getting me to grips with Edits app. Couldn’t have done this without your workshops.
