I find it hard to celebrate my own achievements, so I have avoided posting this for a couple of months. Anyhow.... for those that know me will know I have surgical nerve damage in my right arm which means I couldn't knit, instead, I have simply crocheted everything in sight. Anyway in this fabulous community I am blessed to be a part off, care and encouragement came my way and a healthy dose of patience and this is my first ever attempt at knitting.

It took too long, I have to watch every stitch as my right hand doesn't feel so well, but it is done.

There was frustration (mainly at myself) and I'm sure desperation creeped in...but a massive thank to BH for getting me this far. (not tagging in case it's embarrassing 🤣 but you know who you are!)

I will write a more detailed post soon.
However as much as I hold out and resist and fight for my corner of this little world, change comes.
For Thistle and Coo this is no different and in order to nurture and protect this special little shop I have to - whether I want to or not - embrace change with an open heart and mind. These are tough times.

The first announcement of positivity for you all is that there will an absolutely massive fabric sale of several hundred metres.

I will put up more specifics over the next few days but we will be offering wholesale prices on fabrics and epic mystery bundles.

Please take the opportunity to stock up when it comes.
