A special mention has to go to Euan, who carried out the electrical installation and commissioning. What has impressed me even more is the level of after-sales support. Around six months after the installation, the inverter unfortunately developed a fault. Rather than leaving us to deal with the manufacturer ourselves, Brad and the team took ownership of the issue. They sourced the replacement part from the supplier free of charge under warranty and made multiple visits to our property to diagnose, fit, and test everything until the system was back up and running. That level of commitment and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and really demonstrates the company's dedication to looking after its customers long after the installation has been completed.”

A recent visit to the beautiful Stobo Castle 🏰
