“Many homeowners worry about making the wrong decisions when decorating a period home.”

Decorating an older home can feel overwhelming.
There are fabrics to choose, paint colours to decide on, lighting to consider, and often furniture that you’d still love to keep.

n this Worcester home, we worked closely with the clients to guide the process from start to finish.
Together we:
• selected fabrics for bespoke soft furnishings�• reupholstered and repurposed furniture they already loved�• met with the decorator to guide paint colours�• created sample boards to help visualise the scheme�• explored lighting to soften the atmosphere of the room
Many of our conversations happened in the evening after work, talking through ideas so each decision felt calm and considered.

The result is a room that still honours the character of the house but now feels layered, welcoming, and beautifully pulled together.
Exactly as it should.

At Fable & Willow, I am proud to be building a female founded business, shaped by passion, determination and the belief that when women support women, incredible things happen.

The strength I have found to build this business has come from some truly incredible women in my life. Women whose kindness, courage, wisdom , strength and encouragement have lifted me up, inspired me and reminded me to keep going even when things felt difficult.

Behind every woman building something of her own is often a circle of other strong women quietly cheering her on, sharing their wisdom and reminding her of her strength.

Today is about celebrating those women. The ones who inspire us, support us and show us what strength and kindness truly look like.

We’re so sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here lately 💕

Behind the scenes at Fable & Willow, it’s been wonderfully busy creating and delivering the most beautiful orders and working on some truly gorgeous schemes that we can’t wait to share with you.

On top of that, we’ve moved location! The past few weeks have been full of paint, planning and plenty of preparation as we get our new space ready to welcome you in properly.

We’re so incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us through this move , your kind words, orders and encouragement mean the world to us.
