I'm always on the look out for interesting stitches that make knitted items look special.

This one is ' The Raindrop' stitch.

A great stitch for confident beginners.

Pattern:

Cast on - any multiple of 2
Rows 1 - 4. K1, P1 to end of rows
Rows 5 - 8 P1, K2 to end or Rows
Repeat 8 Rows until desired length

Don't be afraid to give it a try for a scarf, cowl or even a jumper or cardigan. 😃😃
