Stevie and I are in Leeds to deliver a new Brother PR680W to Wendy. Her daughter and the beautiful baby grandson were also in attendance.
The general plan is to begin embroidering baby wear but as Steve and I know it could also become school wear, workwear or a hundred other things.
Either way, the Bamber Team will always be available to provide quick and friendly support.
Wendy was lovely and straight off the bat offered us a nice hot coffee.
She also told us of a bad experience with another dealer prior to contacting the Bamber Boys.
The other dealer took the sale then told Wendy DPD Couriers would only provide a ‘kerbside’ delivery.
Wendy pointed out she is disabled and could not drag the huge box strapped to a pallet into her home all on her own.
Luckily for Wendy, and us, she found Bamber Sewing Machines.
We booked a delivery with Wendy, arrived 10 mins early, carried the embroidery machine into her conservatory and spent a good hour teaching Wendy, daughter, and a very observant baby, how to use the PR680W.
Wendy declared herself very happy with our unique and friendly personal delivery service.

Scotland - return leg.
No, not the World Cup.
Teddy & Stevie are heading north to Hamilton in Scotland to return a Brother PR1055X from service/repair.
Our trip included fortifications at Tebay Services, in the form of two sausage rolls lavishly garnished with HP.
Washed down with coffee from the flask.
Also, a side step to Penrith to drop off a six needle Brother embroidery machine, from service.
The weather remains warm, wet and cloudy with low cloud.
A dreich day.

The clock has swept away time and the path to another Wednesday.
So Stevie Boy and I are on the road again.
Today’s itinerary includes Tebay, Penrith and Glasgow.
Tebay Services included bacon butties with HP. Lovely.
We collect and return Brother PR multi-needle embroidery machines to customers across the UK. Servicing, repairs and delivering new machines every Wednesday, come hail or shine.
